Role OverviewThis Lead Salesforce Business Analyst will work to help analyze, define, and document requirements to translate customer needs into Salesforce technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead sessions to collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the end users’ needs, develop and document user stories, produce proposed solutions architectures, and implement configuration tasks.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience configuring and handling complex processes with Flow and Process Builder
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to think critically and effectively communicate in a team environment
- Masters Degree; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office
- US citizenship required
