Lead Scheduler

The Lead Scheduler will oversee the development and maintenance of baseline, master, and detailed project schedules, incorporating project scope, activity sequencing, milestones, constraints, resource loading, and cost data. The role will work closely with program management, cost, estimating, risk management, design, and construction teams to ensure schedule integration and consistency across all program functions.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and update baseline, master, and detailed project schedules; coordinate with cost, estimating, risk management, program management, design, and construction teams; monitor and document construction progress against approved baseline schedules; review contractor schedule submittals for compliance with standard operating procedures and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience, advanced proficiency in specified software, and demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience
• BS/BA Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management
• Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
• Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics
• Good Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
