Lead Security Officer - Track

The Lead Security Officer will work closely with a Security Supervisor and/or Security Manager, learning security procedures and assisting with new officer training. They will monitor radio traffic, enforce rules, and report violations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include covering security positions as needed, learning policies and procedures, assisting with new officer training, monitoring radio traffic, and enforcing rules.

Requirements

• Learn every Security Officer position on the Track side of the property
• Cover security positions as needed
• Assist in new Officer training
• Monitor radio traffic and respond to calls
• Enforce rules and regulations of the Horseshoe Indianapolis and the IHRC
