What You Will Do
Assemble and install large low voltage systems, troubleshoot complex systems, identify and resolve problems, and ensure materials are available at job site.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of electronic security installation experience, including experience as a Lead Technician or Field Supervisor, and will be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and peers.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field
- 7+ years of electronic security installation experience
- Manufacturer certifications or formal training in Software House CCURE 9000, LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec Security Center, Avigilon, Brivo, Bosch, DMP, or similar security platforms
- Industry certifications such as ESA/NTS, BICSI, NICET, or other relevant low-voltage/security certifications
- Experience with enterprise-level access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems
- Experience working on large commercial, healthcare, educational, government, or mission-critical facilities
- Knowledge of IP networking, switches, VLANs, PoE, and security system integration
- Experience mentoring junior technicians, providing technical training, and overseeing multiple technicians on large installation projects
- Experience coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, general contractors, and customers to maintain project schedules and installation quality
- Government security clearance or ability to obtain one, when required by project assignments
