Role OverviewJensen Hughes is seeking a Lead/Senior Fire Protection Engineer/Consultant to provide fire protection consulting services on a client site. The successful candidate will play a leading role in engaging a team of engineers and specialty consultants in collaborating with building owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients on a variety of projects.
What You Will Do
Perform professional-level fire protection engineering services, develop plans and specifications, assist in resolving design problems, conduct building code analyses, and effectively communicate with team members and clients.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in fire protection engineering, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and the ability to travel to job sites in Texas and surrounding states. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or higher
- 5+ years of experience in fire protection engineering
- Licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Texas preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel to job sites in Texas, Colorado and/or surrounding states
