Job Description
The Lead Senior Maintenance position is responsible for completing assigned work orders, preventative maintenance, and other tasks related to maintaining the property and its grounds. The role also involves assisting in cost-cutting and expense control programs, promoting a positive image of the apartment community, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum One Year of Apartment Maintenance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • AC Certification I and II
  • EPA Certification Required
