Role OverviewThe Lead Server will be part of the Signature Dining Team, managing the entire dining experience of seniors, ensuring meals are presented in a clean and attractive manner, and that residents feel welcome. The team will work together to provide a fun and rewarding job experience. The Lead Server will be responsible for attending pre-meal meetings, serving a section in the dining room, and assisting with seating and meal service. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of meals served and reporting any unusual occurrences or changes in resident behavior or eating habits.
What You Will Do

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years food service experience, including 1 year of previous dining room management
- Previous experience in both restaurant and senior living settings preferred
- Strong commitment to customer service and desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet all health-related and/or food handling requirements pertaining to local or state regulatory agencies
- Current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Current Food Handlers credentials
- Annual Continuing Education Credits
