What You Will Do
The Lead Service Technician will perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, diagnose and fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. They will also maintain accurate records, schedule maintenance personnel, and ensure that the community is Show-Ready at all times.

Requirements
