What You Will Do
Responsibilities include monitoring turns, vacant units, and move-outs, maintaining exterior appearance, completing work orders, and assisting in training associates.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience, and a valid driver's license and insurance. The Lead Service Technician will participate in on-call rotation and perform various tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two (2) plus years’ experience
- CFC, CPO (Recommended)
- EPA Section 8 Certification – Type II (Required)
- Own vehicle and tools
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
