Lead Software Engineer

Flexjet is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their development team. The successful candidate will be passionate about innovation and full-stack software engineering, and will have opportunities to work with varied departments for multiple brands across the private aviation industry.

What You Will Do

The Lead Software Engineer will lead the architecture, design, development, and support of full-stack software solutions, provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, and drive front-end architecture and user experience improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale full-stack applications
• Extensive experience developing applications using Angular, C#/.NET APIs, and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, software architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and database design
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
