Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of software platforms that connect engineering, manufacturing, and factory operations. You'll remain highly hands-on while taking responsibility for software architecture, technical direction, and delivery.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering/development experience
- Strong C# / .NET development experience
- Previous technical leadership experience

- API and systems integration experience
- Experience designing scalable applications and data infrastructure
- Cloud experience, ideally AWS
- CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices
- Strong understanding of software reliability, monitoring, and production support
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
