Role Overview

The Lead Space Simulation Technician will identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on both early hardware development testing and setting the stage for later production hardware manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do

Key job responsibilities include driving and developing departmental continuous improvement initiatives, operating environmental test chambers, assembling tooling, leading daily team meetings, and supporting new-hire training programs.

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace / Medical, etc.)
  • 3+ years of hands-on work in test lab environment, using basic hand tools
  • 3+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware
  • Minimum 3 years of environmental test experience performing at least one of the following: Vibration Testing, Shock Testing, Acoustic Testing, Thermal Testing, Thermal Vacuum Testing
