Role OverviewThe Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst leads the definition of the solution for new client implementations or larger projects on an existing implementation. The role requires understanding the client's business requirements and mapping those to Zeta's technology. The BSA must document and help communicate that vision to the client and internal execution teams.
What You Will Do
Lead project scoping, think strategically to define solution recommendation, maintain documentation, contribute to successful execution and QA, become a product expert, and manage multiple competing priorities.

Requirements
- Management experience of similar roles
- Experience contributing to project documentation
- Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment
- Strong consultative and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to acknowledge marketing and strategic needs to assess and recommend technical requirements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Subject matter expert thought leader
- Web-services experience with RESTful APIs desired
- 5+ years of experience with software implementation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software
- 4+ year's experience using Snowflake
- Must be willing to travel
