Role OverviewThe Lead SPA serves as the primary operational enablement and execution leader within the SPA organization supporting different USA regions. This role provides experienced, hands-on oversight of complex financial and operational activities while acting as the first escalation point, mentor, and coach for SPAs.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project financial management, forecasting, and operational delivery within a services, staffing, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of project financials, utilization management, and reporting controls.
- Proven ability to mentor peers, manage complexity, and resolve issues independently with limited supervision.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal people management authority.
