Job Description
Bally's Corporation is seeking a Lead Steward to oversee and monitor Stewards, ensuring a safe working environment and proper care of equipment. The role requires training and evaluating of Stewards, enforcing department and property policies, and performing various kitchen duties.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to follow directions, possess good recall and memory, and project a professional and positive image
Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dish washers
