Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is hiring a Lead Steward to assist in supervising a team of Steward/Dishwasher Colleagues. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Stewarding, Culinary, Janitorial, or related fields and a desire to excel and train for management level positions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Stewarding, Culinary, Janitorial, or related experience
  • Desire to excel, train for management level positions
  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours minimal
  • Ability to lift and push equipment at various weight levels
