Job Description
Lead Steward position opening at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel in late 2024. The Lead Steward is responsible for supervising a team of Steward/Dishwasher Colleagues and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel's kitchen and food and beverage areas.

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years Stewarding, Culinary, Janitorial, or related experience
  • A desire to excel, train for management level positions
  • flexibility to work holidays, weekends
  • ability to stand and walk for 8 hours minimal
  • ability to lift and push equipment at various weight levels
