Role OverviewThe Lead/Supervisor Tank Wash will interact with customers, assess their service needs, and quote work as requested. They will also oversee the scheduling and workflow through the shop, ensure employees are qualified to perform the work, and develop a high level of product knowledge within their staff.

The Lead/Supervisor Tank Wash will perform various tasks such as interacting with customers, delegating workloads, scheduling and overseeing work flow, ensuring employees are qualified, and maintaining product knowledge.

Requirements

- Ability and experience to drive a Yard Mule
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Computer literate
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Be ethical in all job-related activities
- Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation
