Job Description
Provide compassionate, direct care to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, implementing personalized service plans and engaging habilitation programs to foster independence and growth.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma/GED with one year of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Valid CT Driver's License
  • Ability to obtain medication certification, Public Service License, CPR and First Aid certification, and PMT certification
