Role OverviewThe Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead proactive sourcing and pipeline development strategies, recruit for critical and hard-to-fill positions, and partner with operational leaders to address market-specific hiring challenges. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, requiring a strong understanding of sourcing technologies, market insights, and automation to identify and engage talent. The successful candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions and will be able to use recruiting data and market trends to develop and adjust sourcing strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute data-driven, proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified field nursing candidates, partner with operational leaders to align workforce planning, recruiting priorities, and talent acquisition strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled talent intelligence tools, optimize job posting performance, digital advertising, and social media campaigns to drive candidate attraction and conversion, and drive and execute technology-enabled recruiting events, talent communities, school partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, pediatric services, nursing, or other clinical environments
- Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing technologies
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills
- Ability to use recruiting data and market trends to develop and adjust sourcing strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with rapid growth
- Ability to influence, coach, and share best practices with recruiting colleagues without direct supervisory authority
