Role OverviewAs a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will also help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth, ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Requirements

- CDA considered
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
