Role OverviewAs a Lead Teacher, you'll create fun learning experiences, promote the growth of preschool children, and build relationships with families. You'll lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and meet state requirements for education and company standards.
What You Will Do
Create educational lesson plans, mentor fellow Teachers, and engage in physical activity with children. You'll also communicate with families to promote achievement and support the center's success.

Requirements
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
