Role OverviewAs a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will work in a supportive environment with resources to create a positive learning environment for students. You will also help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, monitoring children's progress and development, and creating a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred
- 2+ years experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
