Job Description
The Lead Teacher for ages 3–5 is responsible for ensuring high-quality, developmentally appropriate services for children and families in alignment with Head Start Performance Standards and state childcare guidelines. The Lead Teacher provides leadership and supervision to classroom staff, fosters a positive and nurturing learning environment, and oversees curriculum planning and implementation.
