Role OverviewAs the Lead Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling and productivity of the shop technicians, assisting peers in developing their technical and diagnostic abilities, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
What You Will Do
Open and close work orders, schedule all techs and work load, assist peers in developing their technical and diagnostic abilities, and communicate daily with customers regarding status updates.
