Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Technician to schedule and manage the shop technicians, assist in difficult repairs, and develop the technical and diagnostic abilities of peers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical background knowledge with various engines and different types of equipment
  • Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Provide own tooling applicable
  • Exhibit teamwork mentality
  • Prior supervisory skills (preferred)
