Job Description
The Lead Technician performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of customer equipment, including installation, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment and wiring, and assists manager with field problem solving.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) strongly preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Must maintain driver’s license in good standing as verified by Transcore.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights that could be in excess of 50 ft.
  • Proven expertise in leadership or supervisory role.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP), system integrations, and diagnostics.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
