Job Description
As a Lead Technician - Security with Paladin Technologies, you will collaboratively review, understand, analyze, and implement installation blueprints and plans from Project Managers and Sales Teams to complete installations. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage projects, lead installations, and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Install, program, configure, and commission security systems
  • Provide overall leadership and support for assigned projects
  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Coordinate and direct technicians, workers, and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system installations, maintenance activities, and repairs
  • Prepare and execute detailed reports and acceptance test plans
  • Stay up to date with advancements in security technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and compliance standards related to security system installation and maintenance
