Job Description
The Lead Therapist is responsible for implementing treatment plans, providing guidance and support to Line Therapists, and ensuring proper implementation and effectiveness of treatment plans. They must have knowledge of evidence-based therapies and be able to make adjustments to client objectives/targets as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of evidence-based therapies
Ability to think on your feet and make suggestions and/or corrections as needed
