Role OverviewAs a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth, ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include helping lead innovative learning activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, monitoring children's progress and development, and creating a harmonious environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who loves working with children, has a high school diploma or GED, and experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center. Montessori Certification is preferred, and prior experience with toddler and pre-school students is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED

- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
