Role Overview

Responsible for preparing patients for urological procedures, performing various catheterizations, instilling medications, and assisting in surgery. Leads and facilitates daily huddles for effective and efficient clinical and service operations.

What You Will Do

Manage appointment and schedule, oversee daily room operations, assign staff, and monitor compliance. Monitor staff competency and scope of practice, and report concerns to clinical or operational manager.
