Job Description
The Lead UX Designer will solve design challenges, design for AI and emerging technologies, lead the design effort, and collaborate with technical team members and mentor more junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in interaction design, information architecture, and/or visual design
  • Proficiency in design system creation and maintenance, including component libraries, design tokens, and documentation standards
  • Knowledge of DesignOps methodologies, team scaling practices, and design process optimization
  • Familiarity with standards-compliant web design and the capabilities and constraints provided by CSS, JavaScript libraries, mobile app frameworks, etc.
  • Experience designing for AI-powered applications, including conversational interfaces, data visualization, and algorithmic decision-making systems
  • Collaborate with technical team members and mentor more junior colleagues
  • Strategic thinking ability to align design initiatives with business objectives and technology roadmaps
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and collaborate with distributed delivery teams
