Role OverviewAs a Lead UX Designer, you will lead the design of innovative products that transform how people capture, understand, and act on insights from conversations, files, and meetings. You will work closely with our Head of Product, product managers, engineers, customers, and other stakeholders to turn complex workflows and sophisticated AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences.
What You Will Do
You will own complex product experiences from customer discovery and problem definition through concept development, prototyping, delivery, measurement, and iteration. You will simplify complex workflows involving automated speech recognition, conversational intelligence, and related technologies, and design cohesive experiences across web, desktop, and mobile products.

Requirements
- Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer
- Demonstrated success operating at the Senior, Staff, or Lead level
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating recent, hands-on, end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences and meaningful customer or business impact
- Strong interaction, UX, and visual-design capabilities across responsive web and mobile experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping methods
- Experience conducting customer research and usability testing and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product improvements
- Demonstrated, sustained use of AI throughout the design process
- Experience designing AI-powered products or features
- Experience contributing to or strengthening a scalable design system
- A history of successful collaboration with Product and Engineering
