Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for providing compassionate support to both clients and their pets.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team, ensure a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience, resolve informal employee complaints, and work well with all team members.

Requirements
- Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2-years veterinary experience required
