Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Web Developer to join our team at Gainwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams and designing, developing, testing, and installing complex applications software. The role requires 9+ years of hands-on experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET CORE & Razor Pages, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS and.NET 4.8 Web Forms.
Requirements
Development Expertise: 9+ years of hands-on experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET CORE & Razor Pages, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS and.NET 4.8 Web Forms
Portal Solution Management: Proven ability to oversee and optimize high-traffic web sites and portals
Consulting Experience: Strong background in consulting roles with the ability to transition into a TFAL (Technical Functional Application Lead) role.
Industry Knowledge: Healthcare, Insurance, Provider and Medicaid experience is highly desired
Change Leadership: A proactive change agent, committed to driving process enhancements and code improvements.
Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional ability to engage and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including application developers, customers, support teams, and senior management.
Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the capability to mentor and develop individual contributors for high-performance teams.
