Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Women’s Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to grow and oversee our pelvic health program. This role combines advanced clinical care with leadership, mentorship, and program development.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive pelvic health physical therapy for women across the lifespan, including but not limited to: pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pre- and post-surgical care.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in TN
- Minimum of [3–5] years of experience in women’s pelvic health physical therapy
- Board Certification in Women’s Health (WCS) or Pelvic Health (PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic)
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or program development experience
- Passion for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Advanced pelvic health training (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or equivalent)
- Experience with internal pelvic floor examination and treatment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
