Role OverviewThe Lead Worker-CPS Team will assist and mentor team members in coordinating services with the court, community partners, and other agencies to support children and families. They will also manage a caseload of CPS cases, writing detailed case documentation and providing input on performance evaluations.

The Lead Worker-CPS Team will perform case management, writing case documentation, and providing supervisory support. They will also be on-call for 24-hour services as needed.
