Role OverviewThe Lead Worker – Janitor provides support, assistance, and guidance to individuals with significant disabilities to help develop work skills and support growth and upward mobility within Didlake.
What You Will Do
Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevator banks, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas; performs janitorial tasks in accordance with contract guidelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You bring at least one year of relevant experience in commercial custodial or maintenance services, knowledge of general cleaning products and equipment, and the ability to support and retrain staff on safe operating procedures.
Requirements
- One (1) year of recent experience in commercial custodial or maintenance services
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
