Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The LIT and Floor Leader performs various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, including greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
