Leader In Training (Full-Time)

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management to fulfill the mission statement: 'To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.'

What You Will Do

The LIT and Floor Leader will greet Guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend merchandise, anticipate and fulfill Guest needs, maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, and achieve personal sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
