Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) is a developmental role that puts you on a fast track to growth and is a step towards becoming Assistant General Manager. You will gain subject matter expertise by rotating through critical dispensary functions, supporting operations, experience, and people. The LIT prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences.

Requirements

  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Meet the scheduling and availability requirements.
  • Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
