Leader in Training

The Leader in Training is an adaptable and essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. As part of the leadership team, you have a key role in actively supervising the dispensary’s daily operations, communicating priorities to team members, and optimizing the customer journey.

What You Will Do

Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations, monitor and maintain inventory levels, oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, and lead team members to effectively execute programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
• Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
