Role OverviewThe Leader in Training (LIT) is an adaptable and essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences.
What You Will Do
Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations, monitor and maintain inventory levels, and actively participate in leading team members to effectively execute programs and initiatives.

Requirements
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Inventory control experience preferred
- Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
- Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
