Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) is an essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and optimizing the customer journey. As an Assistant General Manager, the LIT will gain subject matter expertise and drive growth through rotations in crucial dispensary functions.

Requirements

  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory role
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
  • Valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Pass required background checks
  • Ability to work a schedule including weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
