Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and developing sales, recruiting new teammates, and providing leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Investigate and navigate how to expand guest selection through inventory manager, advanced product search, iPad apps, etc.
