Role OverviewThe Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management. Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
What You Will Do
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise, recommend and select merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a passion to ask business driven and showmanship questions often to Manager, Team Leaders and all Teammates. Must be coachable and allow Manager to educate them in their sales presentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
