Leader In Training (Part-Time)

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management. Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

What You Will Do

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise, recommend and select merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Demonstrate leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present. Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team. Passion to ask business driven and showmanship questions often to Manager, Team Leaders and all Teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
