Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and maintaining a positive store culture.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Maintain and build good guest relationships
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness
  • Recognize and communicate guest levels with the team
  • Passion to ask business-driven and showmanship questions often
  • Coachable and allows manager to educate them in their sales presentation
