Job Description
We're looking for a Leader of NC Programming to oversee a team of NC Programmers and ensure the creation and execution of NC packages that meet Bell's high standards for quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. As a Leader, you'll drive the success of Bell's manufacturing operations and contribute to delivering innovative aircraft solutions to customers around the world.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or related area
  • Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Leadership, or 5+ years manufacturing experience and/or relative supervisory experience in lieu of degree
  • Familiarity with math through trigonometry and analytical geometry, engineering materials, processing technology, and manufacturing methods
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • Extensive knowledge of NC programming, machining processes, and tooling technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to dynamic operational environments
  • Skilled communicator, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with shop personnel, internal teams, and external customers
  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing methods, ensuring technical accuracy in programming outputs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational objectives
