Role OverviewThe Leader Aftermarket-Operations- Remanufactured Products is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of day-to-day Operations of Allison’s remanufactured products portfolio. This position will work in close collaboration with the Purchasing department, Operations Quality, and PDC to deliver on portfolio and supply chain objectives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic direction with 3rd Party vendors, managing remanufacturing operations, and ensuring appropriate cost-management and capacity availability to meet Allison specs on product quality and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, re-manufacturing, and/or operations, and be able to negotiate with, manage, and coordinate selected supplier activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, re-manufacturing and/or operations
- Ability to negotiate with, manage, and coordinate selected supplier activity
- Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading Operations
- Proficient in reporting and analysis to support decision making
